1/2 colive oil, light

4 tsplemon juice, fresh

1/2 Tbspsalt and pepper

48 mdshrimp, peeled and deveined,tail left on.

48uncooked fresh sea scallops
-
48 mdfresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
- SPICY PIMIENTO SAUCE
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
2 4oz jarsliced pimientos,drained

2 clovemed garlic minced
-
1 smonion,diced small
-
1 tspred pepper flakes
How To Make seafood kabobs with a spicy pimiento sauce

1pre-heat gril for med heat. Wile grill is heating. In a food processor add mayonnaise,garlic,onion,pimientos,and red pepper flakes.Blend on high untill smooth . Set aside. .In a bowl add lemon juice,olive oil, salt & pepper mix well

2On the skewers thread shrimp,mushroom,and scallops.You well need 16. 14" metal skewers Fill all skewers, then brush with lemon mixture. Grill over med heat for 4-5 minutes turning and basting once.Shrimp will turn pink. And scallops will be opaque... serve with spicy pimiento sauce.

3You can broil also.put food on a broiler pan. place 4-6 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes. Turning and basting once.
