1/2 tspprepared mustard

24melba rounds or other type cracker

red pepper strip, black olive or a spring onion as a topper to make them more attractive
How To Make salmon-cilantro spread on melba rounds

1Place salmon, cilantro leaves and onion into a food processor. Mix at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add the lemon juice, mayo, and mustard. Mix at high spped for 1 minute or until the mixture is fairly smooth.

2Slater each cracker with the spread and place on a serving platter. Serve immediately.
