    cooked salmon, flaked (and drained, if canned)
  • 3/4 c
    cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    white onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 24
    melba rounds or other type cracker
  • red pepper strip, black olive or a spring onion as a topper to make them more attractive

How To Make salmon-cilantro spread on melba rounds

    Place salmon, cilantro leaves and onion into a food processor. Mix at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add the lemon juice, mayo, and mustard. Mix at high spped for 1 minute or until the mixture is fairly smooth.
