This is a really easy recipe packed with flavor. I like to make it a day ahead so that the flavors really have time to marry. Serve this with some assorted crackers and watch it disappear

Ingredients For salmon ball appetizer

1 lbcooked and flaked salmon ( can use 1 large can)

8 ozpackage of cream cheese

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 tspgrated onion

1 tspprepared horseradish

1/4 tspliquid smoke

1/2 cfinely chopped pecans

parsley, chopped to garnish
How To Make salmon ball appetizer

1Mix all of your ingredients except pecans and parsley together. Roll into a ball and chill. After a couple of hours cover with the chopped pecans. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley if desired.

2If you use canned salmon, be sure to remove skin and all bones. If you use fresh, just bake at 350 until flaky.
