Ingredients For salmon ball

  • 16 oz
    can red salmon, drained
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    chopped onion
  • 4 tsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp
    horseradish
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make salmon ball

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Form into a ball, roll in pecans. Chill for 2-3 hours. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 6 servings.
