Ingredients For quiche with a flair

1 slicedeep dish pie shell

4eggs
-
2 chalf and half
-
1/4 csherry
-
2 cmayonnaise
-
2 cjalsberg cheese
-
1/4 cflour
-
1 ccrabmeat
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspmace
-
1/2 cfinely minced onions
How To Make quiche with a flair

1Put onions and sherry in a small saucepan. Bring to boil over low heat and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

2Beat eggs, mayonnaise, half and half and flour together very gently. Fold in onions mixture, crab and spices.

3Sprinkle cheese over the bottom of the prepared pie shell.

4Pour eggs mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until egg mixture sets. Let the quiche sit for about 10 minutes before slicing.
