Recipe adapted from Prawn Cocktail by Australian celebrity Chef Neil Perry. He says you'll want to eat cocktail sauce with everything, not just prawns. And prawns? They aren't simply huge shrimp. They have an extra pair of claws and are bigger overall, but in recipes prawns and shrimp can be used interchangeably with no affect in flavor.

8-10 ozcooked prawns or cooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tail section left intact

1/3 cmayonnaise

1-1/2 tspketchup or no-sugar-added ketchup

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tsptabasco or other hot sauce

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1 cshredded iceberg lettuce

How To Make prawn cocktail

1Stir together sauce.

2Serve shrimp on a bed of lettuce with sauce on the side and lemon wedges to squeeze over.
