Ingredients For open-faced lobster butter toast

  • 1-2 lb
    lobster, cooked and chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    celery, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp
    all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    fennel leaves, dried
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 4 slice
    toasted bread

How To Make open-faced lobster butter toast

  • 1
    in a mixing bowl, combine ingredients 1-7. fold gently so that the lobster chunks do not break. chill for 15 minutes. spread butter on toast. place 4 equal pprtions of lobster on the buttered side up toast. enjoy! **this will be good with shrimp, chicken, tuna and even grilled firm tofu**
