1-2 lblobster, cooked and chunks

2 Tbspcelery, chopped

4 Tbspmayonnaise

1 tsplemon juice, fresh

2 tspall purpose greek seasoning

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspfennel leaves, dried

4 Tbspbutter, unsalted

4 slicetoasted bread
How To Make open-faced lobster butter toast

1in a mixing bowl, combine ingredients 1-7. fold gently so that the lobster chunks do not break. chill for 15 minutes. spread butter on toast. place 4 equal pprtions of lobster on the buttered side up toast. enjoy! **this will be good with shrimp, chicken, tuna and even grilled firm tofu**
