mjt's seafood stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients For mjt's seafood stuffed mushrooms

1 pkg8 oz softened cream cheese

1 lgegg yolk

1 Tbspitalian bread crumbs

1 stalkgreen onion, chopped

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 pinchsalt and ground black pepper to taste

1 can6 oz can snow crab, drained
-
1 can4 oz can small shrimp, drained

12 lgsnow white mushrooms, stems removed
- OPTIONAL

1 citalian bread crumbs
How To Make mjt's seafood stuffed mushrooms

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2Place cream cheese, egg yolk, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, green onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a mixer. Mix until smooth and evenly blended. Fold in the snow crab and shrimp. Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture ***Optional*** Press into the remaining bread crumbs to coat.

3Place onto baking sheet stuffing-side-up (once coated) Bake in preheated oven until the mushrooms have softened slightly, 12 to 14 minutes.

4Set oven to Broil, and broil mushrooms for a few minutes until the tops are golden and bubbly.
