Ingredients For michele's crab spread

8 ozcream cheese

1 cmayonnaise

1 ccelery, finely chopped

10 3/4 ozcream of celery soup, undiluted

1/4 ozknox unflavored gelatin

7 ozcrab
-
1/2 cgreen onion, finely chopped
How To Make michele's crab spread

1Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water. Add to boiling, cream of celery soup. Stir well to dissolve gelatin. Take mix off burner. Cool completely.

2Cream and mash cream cheese. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add cooled mix, chopped celery, onion, and crab.

3Mix well.

4Put in mold or bowl and refrigerate until set.

5Serve with party bread, crackers, or chips.
