My daughter had this in a restaurant and went home and figured out the recipe. This looks really nice served in martini glasses.

Ingredients For mexican shrimp cocktail

  • 3 lb
    large shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked
  • 3
    haas avocados, chopped
  • 3
    plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 md
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 lg
    clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 jar
    jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, chopped
  • the juice of 2 limes
  • 1 lg
    can of tomato juice
  • 2-3 tsp
    chili powder, according to your taste
  • salt to taste

How To Make mexican shrimp cocktail

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
