5 oztuna packed in water drained

1/4 cmayonnaise

1/4 ckalamata olives chopped

2 Tbsppurple onion

2 Tbspcelery

1 Tbspcapers

2 Tbspchopped fresh basil

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 Tbspfinely chopped roasted red peppers

How To Make mediterranean tuna salad

1In a bowl, place drained tuna, purple onion, and celery.Stir together.

2Then add mayonnaise, and lemon juice and mix together with tuna, onion, and celery.

3Now add Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, basil, and capers. Blend these ingredients into the mixture. Taste. Then add salt and pepper.

4I use this recipe as an appetizer. I place a spoonful of the mixture onto a thin slice of crusty bread, and a slice of tomato. My husband loves to stuff a tomato with this mixture and have it for lunch.
