Ingredients For louisiana bar-be-qued shrimp

  • 1 1/2 lb
    head-on shrimp
  • 1/2 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 4 clove
    minced garlic
  • 2 stick
    unsalted butter, cut into pieces

How To Make louisiana bar-be-qued shrimp

    In a large skillet saute shrimp with worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, peppers, cajun seasoning and garlic. Cook over medium high heat until shrimp turn pink, about1 minute on each side.

    Reduce heat to medium and stir in butter a few pieces at a time. Stir constantly and add more butter only when butter is melted.

    Remore from heat and place shrimp in a bowl and pour sauce over top. Serve with crusty Frencvh bread for dipping.
