Ingredients For lobster rolls

6 Tbspmayonnaise

frankfurter rolls, lightly toasted

1 lblobster meat, cooked and cut in 1/2" cubes

pinchwhite pepper
-
dashhot pepper sauce
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspparsley, fresh minced

2 Tbspred onion, finely chopped
-
1/4 ccelery, finely chopped

1.5 Tbsplemon juice
-
butter, unsalted and melted
How To Make lobster rolls

1Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, onion, parsley, salt, hot pepper sauce and pepper to taste in medium bowl.

2Stir in lobster meat until coated.

3Brush insides of rolls with melted butter.

4Spoon lobster salad into each roll, dividing evenly; serve immediately.
