Ingredients For lobster avocado cocktail

1/2 cfresh lime juice

2 tsphoney

2 Tbsphorseradish, drained

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tsphot sauce

1 Tbspchopped fresh tarragon

kosher salt and pepper

2 ccoarsely chopped lobster meat

1 lgripe, pitted , scooped and diced avocado

1/4 cchopped watercress leaves
How To Make lobster avocado cocktail

1Whisk the first 6 ingredients together with the salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

2Gently fold in the lobster, avocado and watercress. Serve layered in shot glasses, if desired.
