Ingredients For lime and cilantro shrimp

1 lb(large-26/30 count) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)

1/2 ccilantro leaves
-
2 clovegarlic, peeled and chopped
-
1 lglime, zest and juice
-
1 Tbspwater
-
Tbspolive oil
-
salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make lime and cilantro shrimp

1Shrimp should be cooled.

2Place all ingredients, EXCEPT SHRIMP, in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

3Place shrimp in a large zipper-type plastic bag and pour marinade over. Squeeze out air and seal bag. "Massage" the shrimp to distribute the marinade.

4Place in refrigerator for a few hours, until chilled. Place shrimp in serving bowl and drizzle some of the marinade over them. Serve chilled.
