Ingredients For joan's smoky salmon spread

  • 1 pkg
    8 ounces, lite cream cheese at room temp.
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 can
    15 oz. salmon, pick out bones and skin
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped parsley

How To Make joan's smoky salmon spread

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour. Can be used as a filling for endive/spread on crackers/used as a dip. etc.
