We always have this for our special gatherings - i.e.- Christmas, New Years - Thanksgiving. I always make a double recipe and it helps keep my guest happy while i finish setting out my party food. This is a very old recipe i have been using for years and it is truly a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients For hot shrimp with dipping sauce

1/4 cbutter

6 Tbsplemon juice, fresh3

3 lbcooked plain shrimp
- DIPPING SAUCE

1 1/2 cketchup

1/4 clemon juice, fresh

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspprepared horseradish

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tspfinely chopped celery

few dashtabasco hot sauce

1/2 tspgrated sweet onion
How To Make hot shrimp with dipping sauce

1Make the dipping sauce up to 3 days ahead and refrigerate. Just combine all ingredients to let them marinate.

2Place butter in a large chaffing dish and when melted add the lemon juice. Add the shrimp and sir a few times to make sure they have all warmed nicely.

3Dip the hot sshrimp into the icy-cold dipping sauce and enjoy.
