Ingredients For hot crawfish dip

  • 1
    bell pepper
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1 stick
    unsalted butter
  • 1 pkg
    thawed crawfish tails
  • 1 jar
    pimento
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese

How To Make hot crawfish dip

  • 1
    Dice the bell pepper, green onion and garlic. Saute in butter in a dutch oven. Once vegetables are soft, add crawfish tails and its juice, pimento and seasoning.

    Once thoroughly mixed, add cream cheese. Serve with crusty bread.
