  • 16 oz
    cooked crawfish tails
  • 2 bunch
    green onions chopped
  • 3/4 c
    margarine
  • 3 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

    Saute onions in butter and then add all remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Put in chafing dish and serve with corn chips or your favorite crackers.
