This recipe is dedicated to my oldest son Brad. One of his favorites. It was shared with our family by my sister in law Sandy. This is very rich. Most of the time I share this between 2 casserole dishes to not over indulge!

Ingredients For hot crab dip

  • 2 - 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 3 shakes
    garlic powder
  • 1 - 8 oz pkg
    imitation crab, cut in 1/2" pieces
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make hot crab dip

  • 1
    Cream together all ingredients except crab and cheddar cheese with electric mixer. Fold in crab.

    Place in sprayed casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

    Serve with crackers and raw vegetables.
