My friends and I love Crab Bread. We always get it at a local restaurant. Since we love it so much, my friends asked me to come up with a version. Some use mayo but I like to use cream cheese in mine with just a little mayo. I love cheesy goodness!

Ingredients For hot crab bread

8 ozcream cheese softened
-
1 dashdry mustard
-
2splashes of tobasco sauce or crushed red pepper flakes

3 Tbspheavy whipping cream

2 Tbspparmesan cheese
-
1 Tbsppecorino romano cheese
-
2 tspdiced onion
-
2 clovegarlic minced
-
1egg whisked
-
1 1/2 cshredded mozzarella & cheddar mixture
-
8 ozcanned crabmeat, flaked or imitation crab meat
-
1 tspof chardonnay
-
2 tspcelery diced small
-
2 Tbspmayonnaise

1french baguette bread loaf cut length wise
-
butter to spread on sliced loaf halves
- TOPPING

1-2 cshredded mozzarella & cheddar mixture
- SERVE WITH MARINARA OR HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DRESSING

1 tspchopped green onion
How To Make hot crab bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F' Cut baguette lengthwise and spread with butter

2Combine all ingredients in order

3top loaves with mixture and sprinkle topping of cheese and bake in oven covered with aluminum foil for 10-20 minutes just until mixture is hot and bubbly. Remove foil and set oven to broil loaves just until light browned to get a nice presentation effect.

4Serve with your favorite marinara or Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
