1 ccoconut milk, unsweetened

1 Tbsppeanut butter

1 Tbsplime juice

2 lblarge raw prawns, shelled

chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
How To Make green curry prawns

1In a nonstick skillet, mix curry paste, coconut milk, peanut butter and lime juice over medium heat until smooth.

2Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque.

3Turn onto a platter and garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired.
