Here is a quick & easy appetizer for your next cocktail party or anytime party. This is my Greek twist on a classic tuna stuffed tomato. I hope you like it. Cooking with Passion, sw :)

Ingredients For greek stuffed tuna & pancetta campari tomatoes

  • 10 oz
    albacore tuna filet , drained
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    olive oil mayo-
  • zest & juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 slice
    pancetta, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    greek green olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, fresh
  • 2 tsp
    all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 15-18
    campari tomatoes, tops off and deseeded

How To Make greek stuffed tuna & pancetta campari tomatoes

    Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Fold and mix thoroughly. Stuff tomatoes. Enjoy!
