Don't know where I got this recipe from, but have had it for ages. It sounds so good, I just have to try.

Ingredients For golden shrimp puffs

6 Tbspbutter (no substitutes)

3/4 cwater

1/4 tspgarlic salt

3/4 call purpose flour

3eggs
-
1 pkg(5oz) frozen, cooked salad shrimp, thawed

1/4 cchopped green onions
-
5 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese, divided
How To Make golden shrimp puffs

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.In a saucepan, bring butter, water and garlic salt to a boil.

2Add flour all at once; stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove from the heat; let stand 5 minutes.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny.

4Stir in the shrimp, onions and 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
