1 call purpose flour

1 ccorn meal

1 Tbspkosher salt

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

112oz bottle amber beer

46oz catfish fillets

1 Tbspsalt

1 Tbspblack pepper

2 Tbspgranulated garlic

1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make fried catfish

1Pre-heat a deep fryer to 350. In a large bowl add flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and cayenne pepper and whisk to combine.

2Whisk in beer make sure to remove lumps. Cut the fish in half length wise to make strips or cut into bite sized pieces.

3Place fish into batter and fry. Fried until fish is a golden brown. Drain fish and place onto a paper towel.
