How To Make fried catfish appetizers

1Fried Catfish Appetizers: Cut catfish into small thin pieces. Mix hot sauce with mustard, marinate fish for several hours, or overnight, then dredge in cornmeal mixed with Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning and fry in hot oil. Serve hot.

2Fish Dip: Mix all ingredients together. Let set for about one hour in refrigerator. This is good on fish, chips, and french fries.
