Ingredients For fish tikka

200 gfish

2 tspyoghurt

1 tspginger garlic paste

1 tspred chili powder
-
1/2 tspgaram masala

1/2 tspcumin powder

1/4 tspblack pepper powder

1 tsplemon juice

2 tspcooking oil

1/3 tspsalt
How To Make fish tikka

1Cut the the fish into cube size pieces and mix with half of the red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and keep for 10 minutes.

2Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl and mix with all the remaining ingredients to make a thick mixture.

3Mix the fish cubes with this mixture and keep refrigerated for 3 hours or overnight to marinate.

4Now grill them till crisp golden and serve with cilantro mint sauce and sprouts salad.
