this recipe is my mother's. She has taught me so many things and this recipe is my favorite. you can fill these with anything and even season the biscuit dough or even put cheese on top. its endless.

Ingredients For empanadas

1 pkgground beef
-
5 dashground beef seasoning to taste

1 cancanned buttermilk biscuits

1 canpam
-
2eggs beaten
How To Make empanadas

1In a non stick pan cook and season ground beef.

2Beat eggs and set aside.

3Spray baking pan with Pam.

4Open Biscuits and roll each one into a small ball. roll them out into small circles using a rolling pin.

5Place small amounts of cooked meat in the middle. fold top to bottom and use a fork to seal together.

6Coat this with the beaten egg. place in the oven as directed on the can. repeat with the remaining biscuits.
