devilish shrimp salad
A friend of mine made this about 20 years ago and I HAD TO HAVE the recipe. It's expensive to make but well worth it for special occasions.

Ingredients For devilish shrimp salad

2 lbcooked shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 mdred onion, thinly sliced

1 cblack olives, sliced

1/2 croasted red pepper, chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 mdbay leaf
-
2 Tbspparsley flakes
- DRESSING
-
1/2 clemon juice
-
1/4 colive oil
-
1 Tbspdry mustard
-
1 Tbspsalt
-
2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 dashcayenne pepper
How To Make devilish shrimp salad

1Place shrimp, onion, olives, roasted red pepper, garlic, parsley and bay leaf in a large bowl.

2in a smaller bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, dry mustard, salt, red wine vinegar and cayenne. Mix well and pour over shrimp.

3Mix to combine and chill. Remove bay leaf before serving.
