Ingredients For cucumber roulades

1english cucumber, peeled

1/4 cphiladelphia chive & onion cream cheese

1 ozsmoked salmon, thinly sliced, cut into 12 pieces

12sprigs fresh dill
How To Make cucumber roulades

1CUT cucumber into 12 slices. USE melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each. FILL cream cheese spread; top with salmon and dill.

2You can substitute 12 drained canned baby shrimp for the salmon.

3Omit salmon & dill. Fill cucumber slices with cream cheese as directed. Drizzle evenly 1 tablespoon Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing.
