This is a rich appetizer but is absolutely delicious!!

Ingredients For crawfish dip

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp
    tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 sprig
    parsley for garnish

How To Make crawfish dip

  • 1
    Saute the crawfish tails in butter. Add flour and combine until smooth. Let simmer 4 minutes the thicken.

    Add the remaining ingredients until well combined. Serve with chips or crusty bread.
