5 clovegarlic

1 mdfrench bread (split)

1 mdseeded tomato

1/2 Tbspkosher salt

1 Tbspground black pepper

2 Tbspcajun seasonings

1/2 tsponion powder

1/2 tspgarlic powder

3/4 cgrated pepperjack cheese

1/4 cgrated havarti cheese

1/2 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspfresh parsley for garnish
How To Make crawfish bread

1Heat oven to 350* Melt butter over medium heat, chop garlic and sauté in butter for 1 minute. Chop tomato and add to butter & garlic along with seasonings and crawfish. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat & place in a bowl..Add cheeses & mayo. Mix well. Spread on bread and cook 10-15 minutes, then broil for a minute or two. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley. Slice and enjoy!
