Wonderful dip recipe I got from Ollie Steele Burden Manor.

Ingredients For crabmeat dip

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1/2 c
    parsley
  • 1 pt
    heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 lb
    lump white crab meat
  • 1/2 lb
    swiss cheese
  • red pepper to taste

How To Make crabmeat dip

  • 1
    Saute onions and parsley in butter.
  • 2
    Blend in flour, cheese and cream until cheese is melted.
  • 3
    Add red pepper and crab meat. Place in serving dish or chafing dish and serve with Ritz or Town House crackers.
