    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 1/2 oz
    fresh crabmeat

    egg whites, stiffly beaten

    2-inch toast rounds, buttered
  • 4 slice
    bacon, diced

How To Make crabmeat bacon rounds

  • 1
    Fold crabmeat and cheese into egg whites. Pile on toast rounds. Top with bacon and broil until cheese melts and bacon is crisp. Makes 4-6 servings.
