1 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspminced onions

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 6-oz cancrabmeat, drained, flaked

1 Tbspsnipped parsley

1 tsplemon juice
-
1/4 tspdry mustard
-
1/3 cmayonnaise

1/2 tsponion salt
How To Make crab-stuffed mushrooms

1Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove and chop stems.

2Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender.

3Spoon into mushroom caps. Combine remaining ingredients.

4Top each mushroom with the crab mixture. Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
