Ingredients For crab-stuffed mushrooms

  • 36
    whole mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 6-oz can
    crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp
    snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion salt

How To Make crab-stuffed mushrooms

  • 1
    Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove and chop stems.
  • 2
    Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender.

    Spoon into mushroom caps. Combine remaining ingredients.
  • 4
    Top each mushroom with the crab mixture. Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
