I make this every year for a work party. A double batch is gone before everyone gets through the line and a quadruple batch didn't last long either. The stuffing works great as a spread for crackers (in case you have those who are allergic or just don't like mushrooms).

Ingredients For crab stuffed mushrooms

1 pkg(7 oz) crab & shrimp shredded style (just plain crab meat will work also)

3green onions chopped finely

1/4 creal bacon pieces

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1 cshredded parm cheese
-
2 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 pkgcream cheese (8 oz)

32 ozwhite button mushrooms - medium size (no bigger than golf ball size)

1/2 cstick butter
-
1 pkgshredded mozerella cheese
How To Make crab stuffed mushrooms

1Mix first 7 ingredients so that all is well coated with spices.

2Add 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (room temp). Mix well.

3Remove stem and spore area from mushrooms and clean.

4Stuff mushrooms level and top with your choice of cheese. (I have used shredded parm and an italian blend)

5This will stuff ABOUT TWO 16 oz packages of the button mushrooms.

6Place in baking dish / cookie sheet and dice butter between mushrooms here and there.

7I bake at 350. About 10 minutes if on a cookie sheet or up to 20 minutes if the sides are deeper (like a baking dish).
