    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz
    crabmeat, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 1 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    sherry, pale and dry
  • 2 dash
    worcestershire sauce
  • 25
    ritz crackers
  • butter, cold

How To Make crab stuffed colossal shrimp

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2
    Take shrimp leave tails on, butterfly, season with Tony Chacher's and lay in a prepared 9x13 baking dish.

    Drain crab, in a bowl, mix crab, mayo, dijon mustard, egg yolk , and the next 7 ingredients.

    Take a cookie scoop and place crab stuffing on top of the butterflied shrimp.

    Crush crackers finely and place on top of stuffing, top with a pat of butter.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes
