8shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 ozcrabmeat, fresh

2 Tbspmayonnaise

1 tspdijon mustard
-
1egg yolk
-
1 tsplemon pepper
-
1/4 tsppaprika
-
2 dashhot pepper sauce
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 Tbspsherry, pale and dry

2 dashworcestershire sauce
-
25ritz crackers
-
butter, cold
How To Make crab stuffed colossal shrimp

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-
2Take shrimp leave tails on, butterfly, season with Tony Chacher's and lay in a prepared 9x13 baking dish.

3Drain crab, in a bowl, mix crab, mayo, dijon mustard, egg yolk , and the next 7 ingredients.

4Take a cookie scoop and place crab stuffing on top of the butterflied shrimp.

5Crush crackers finely and place on top of stuffing, top with a pat of butter.

6Bake for 20-25 minutes
