When I would make Open-Faced Crab Salad Sandwiches for my husband and son, I would have some crab salad leftover. I decided to mix it with some cream cheese and make it into a cheese ball. They now request it every weekend while watching football.

We love cheese balls. They're great served at a party or as a holiday appetizer. This crab version is super tasty. Peppers and celery give the cheese ball a nice crunch. Quick and easy, this is guaranteed to be a hit.
