Ingredients For crab rangoon

16 ozcream cheese (2 pgs.)

12 ozimitation crab (or crab)

1 bunchchopped green onions

1 pinchsalt

1 Tbspsugar

2 pkgwonton wraps

1/4 tsponion powder
How To Make crab rangoon

1Turn on deep fryer- use corn oil.

2Place crab meat, cream cheese, onions, salt onion powder, and sugar in food processor. Pulse-into lumpy paste.

3Place teaspoon full of paste in middle of wonton wrap. Moisten edges and draw up opposite corners. (use folding direction on wonton package.)Make sure all edges are sealed.(important step) To keep wontons from drying out cover with damp paper towel, until ready to cook all.

4Deep fry until golden brown. Try it with my plum sauce recipe! Yum!
