These are rich, creamy, cheesy just simply delicious is what I've been told of these. A wonderful hor d'oeuvre with your favorite glass of wine.

Ingredients For crab puffs

1 canlump crab meat

1 pkgcream cheese, softened

1 tspgarlic, minced
-
1/2 tspcrab boil or 1 teaspoon of old bay

1 Tbspparsley flakes

1 pkgpillsbury cresent rolls
How To Make crab puffs

1Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Cut crescent rolls in half.

2Mix the cream cheese, garlic, crab boil, and parsley until well mixed. Fold in crab meat.

3Place a heaping table spoon in the middle of each crescent half and fold around crab mixture. If needed wet fingertips to seal crescents. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown. Do not let them cool on the cookie sheet, these are to be served hot.

4These can be made ahead and frozen in airtight container. UNCOOKED. When needed remove from freezer let them thaw for 10 - 20 minutes and bake as usual.
