This was made as an appetizer for a Christmas party held at my daughter's former Mexican Restaurant. It is very, very good!!

Ingredients For crab mold

1 canmushroom soup
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened

3/4 cmayonnaise

1 ozknox gelatin
-
1/8 cdried onions
-
1/2 jarpimentos, drained and chopped

1/2green pepper, chopped fine

1 cancrab meat, drained
How To Make crab mold

1Heat all ingredients in saucepan over low heat or a double boiler. Pour into lightly sprayed mold (Pam); refrigerate until ready to serve. Overnight is best. Leave in mold until read to serve; loosen with knife and invert. Serve with crackers. Excellent!
