Dear friend of mine used to make this crab ball for our get togethers. I made for a friend to bring to Her office party. But I added artichokes just for a twist! With the marinate in the artichokes You dont need to many more spices. Hope You enjoy this easy app.

Ingredients For crab artichoke ball

  • 1
    small pack imatation crab (about cup)
  • 1 jar
    marinated artichokes drained and chopped
  • 1
    cream cheese, room temperature (8oz)
  • worcestershire sauce (few dashes)
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • cocktail sauce
  • few lemon wedges

How To Make crab artichoke ball

  • 1
    To a bowl add softened cream cheese, drained artichokes, crab meat,worcestershire, spices and 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce. Mix together well.

    Form into ball. Make well in center and pour more cocktail sauce in well and over edges. Squeeze few lemon wedges over. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Serve with crackers, mini bagels or pretzels.

    I usually make my own cocktail sauce. So adjust spices.
