I usually make these as a appetizer for the Christmas Holidays. They make a great finger food. I usually make a double pack of English muffins.

Ingredients For crab appetizers

  • 1 jar
    kraft old english cheese spread at room temperture
  • 1 stick
    butter at room temperture
  • 1 clove
    garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp
    mayonnaise
  • dash
    cayenne pepper
  • dash
    lemom juice
  • 8 oz
    crab meat
  • 7
    english muffins
  • parmesan cheese

How To Make crab appetizers

  • 1
    leaving crab meat and parmesan cheese for last, mix all other ingredients until smooth.

    Then add the crab meat and gently stir.

    Slice open the English muffins and spread each half of the muffins with your crab mixture and sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese.

    Cut into quarters. Bake immediately on cookie sheets in a 400 degree oven until crisp and brown around the edges. About 10-15 minutes.

    Or you can freeze on cookies sheet and then place in freezer bags until you are ready to bake them. Bake all of them or take out what you need.
