Just a little something I concocted, a little of this and that, and I think tastes delightful! I love the presentation in little cucumber cups.

Ingredients For cold crab and cheese

36 oz. cans lump crab, drained

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 Tbsphalf and half
-
1/3 ccelery, cut small

1/4 cgreen onion, cut small

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspdill weed
-
1/2 tspold bay seasoning
-
1/4 tspsugar
-
garnish with fresh parsley
How To Make cold crab and cheese

1Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and half & half, until smooth.

2Mix in the crab meat and remaining ingredients. Chill, until ready to serve.

3Serve with crackers, party rye bread, celery sticks or in cucumber cups. Garnish with fresh parsley.
