Ingredients For clams casino dip

  • 4 can
    minced or chopped clams pack in clam juice
  • 1 c
    celery, diced
  • 1 sm
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 8 oz
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tube
    (sleeve) ritz crackers, crushed

How To Make clams casino dip

  • 1
    Drain 2 cans of clams, reserving juice drain second 2 cans of clams, and discard juice
  • 2
    In skillet, saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until softened.

    Combine with remaining ingredients, including reserved clam juice. spoon into shallow casserole.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers
