Ingredients For ceviche

  • 1-2 LB md
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 md
    cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 sm
    red onion, diced
  • 2 l
    tomatoes, diced
  • 5
    limes
  • 1/2
    lemon
  • 1/2
    orange
  • 1 bunch
    fresh cilantro

How To Make ceviche

  • 1
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 4 cloves of garlic. Juice the Lime, Lemon and Orange and set aside.

    Cut shrimp into 3 pieces Add the shrimp to the boiling water, cook 30 seconds. Dice the cucumber, onion and tomato. Place in a bowl.

    Drain shrimp and add to the veggies. Add the Lime,Lemon and Orange juice to the bowl. Stir to combine. Add chopped cilantro and mix well. Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving.

    on the side, serve with Avocado, Tapatio and chips
