Ingredients For ceviche

1-2 LB mdshrimp, peeled and deveined

2 mdcucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
-
1 smred onion, diced
-
2 ltomatoes, diced
-
5limes
-
1/2lemon
-
1/2orange
-
1 bunchfresh cilantro
How To Make ceviche
-
1Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 4 cloves of garlic.
Juice the Lime, Lemon and Orange and set aside. -
2Cut shrimp into 3 pieces
Add the shrimp to the boiling water, cook 30 seconds.
Dice the cucumber, onion and tomato. Place in a bowl. -
3Drain shrimp and add to the veggies.
Add the Lime,Lemon and Orange juice to the bowl.
Stir to combine.
Add chopped cilantro and mix well.
Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving. -
4on the side, serve with Avocado, Tapatio and chips
