    finger rolls
  • 1 1/2 c
    crabmeat, fresh
  • 1 1/2 c
    celery diced.
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • a dash of salt and pepper
  • a dash or 2 of hot sauce.
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    salad dressing,i used ranch.
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced

How To Make bob w's crab meat rolls

    Make a lengthwise cut in each finger roll and spread a part. Remove soft part of rolls.

    In a large mixing bowl mix crab meat, garlic, eggs, celery, hot sauce, salt and pepper, onion, and salad dressing. Mix together very well.

    Fill the centers of each finger roll and serve on lettuce leaves.
