Ingredients For blue cheese shrimp

8 ozblue cheese, softened

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature1

1 Tbspchives, chopped

1 Tbspparsley, chopped

1 clovegarlic, finely chopped

1/2 cdry white wine
-
2 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined
-
4 slicelemon, cut as thin as possible and halved
How To Make blue cheese shrimp

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Blend, in a small bowl, blue cheese, cream cheese, chives, parsley and garlic; add wine to thin, you may not need it all.

3Put 8 scallop shells, or large peices of foil on a cookie sheet. Fill the shells, or foil, with 1/8 of the cheese mixture each. Top each one with 1/8 of the shrimp and 1 piece of lemon.

4Cover the shells with foil, or close the foil to for a packet. Bake on the cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Remove foil and enjoy.
