Ingredients For blitz cheesy creamy crab melt

8 ozless fat neufchatel, softened

1/4 cmayonnaise, light

1 tspold bay seasoning

1 Tbsponion, finely chopped

1 tspprepared mustard

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

6 ozcooked lump crabmeat or canned white crabmeat, drained

1/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make blitz cheesy creamy crab melt

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, mix Neufchatel, mayonnaise, Old Bay, onion, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended. Add crabmeat and gentlyfold into cream-cheese mixture.

2Spread mixture into a 9-inch pie plate (I prefer glass). Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and paprika.

3Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers or toast points.
