This is so good, beth a friend of our family owned a wonderful restaruant in Wasilla Alaska, where fresh salmon abound. She shared her recipe with me and have made this over the years when having or catering parties. enjoy. xoxoxo laura

Ingredients For beth's salmon spread

  • 1 can
    salmon, canned 15oz.
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature. 8oz.
  • 2 tsp
    horseradish
  • 3 tsp
    onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    liquid smoke flavoring
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts mixed with parsley

How To Make beth's salmon spread

  • 1
    MIx salmon and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients, except for the nuts and parsley. CHILL.

    form into log shape. roll in nuts and parsley, serve with crackers or breads, or get a big spoon and have to much fun. xoxoxo.
